Strikebreakers

Hi everyone. I am hoping I can get some help here. I am in my last year at school and have to get some info for a class discussion. The discussion is on strikebreaking nurses (aka scabs). Can anyone point me in the direction to find the pros and cons of strikebreakers?

obviously, this is a hotly-debated topic and it has been done here before several times.

I won't post my opinion here-----I will let you do the research and see for yourself how people feel, both pro and con.

There has also been a lot of discussion of this on the Delphiforum Travel Nurses and Therapists, and there is a website specifically for strikebreakers called (I think) scab.org Good luck with your research.
