Straub Nursing Pay

Hello,

I had found a RN pay rate outline for Queens (although now I can't find where I saw it at), and am wondering if there is anything similar for Straub? OR can anyone tell me what the RN pay is there for a RN MSN with almost 8 years of nursing experience? Ballpark figure, of course ;)

Thank you!

The Queen's pay scale is very outdated (So I have heard. It's been mentioned on here a few times)

Both places pay low $50s for 2yrs+ experienced RNs. As for all the other stuff you listed like MSN and what not no clue. I've never had the impression that MSN gets paid more if you are doing acute care floor nursing. Most of the MSNs I know have gone on into admin or crna

Thank you! That helps! I have noticed job postings list having an MSN as preferred, so I would guess that would play a role into the pay. Maybe not! ;)

Hmm if you are looking for clinical floor jobs at the hospitals, I don't think the MSN is going to do that much for you. My experience has been that nurses with higher education levels are treated no different than ADNs here. Really only comes into play for the administrator side of things if that's your goal.

i think $45+/hr to $52 is the right expectation. I do know that Queens helps with relocation.
