If I have my LPN and I'm enrolled in a BSN program but don't yet have my RN, would I still qualify for the STRAP program?

You will need to speak with a recruiter on this.

No strap program is for those already commissioned as nurses with an ADN and seeking to obtain their BSN.
The BSN-STRAP program is offered to Associate degree nurses enrolled in a BSN completion program. Through BSN-STRAP, eligible nurses will receive a monthly stipend of at least $2,060 for up to two years, while completing their baccalaureate degree. In return, each participant will incur a one-year service obligation for every six months (or part thereof) for which they receive the stipend.
