SBU NURSING APPLICANTS FOR FALL 2017

Hey guys! I've decided to start this thread for all applicants. I know it's a bit early but I'm hoping we can all help each other! Last year I applied for the Basic BSN program and was chosen for an interview. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected for the program. I was accepted to SBU and decided to attend this year and take some classes. I've already received my associate degree in Liberal Arts from NCC. Where is everyone transferring from?

    Does anyone have any items missing from their supporting documents on SOLAR? I just noticed today that one of my unofficial transcripts is not listed, but I did upload it to my application. I'm really hoping this doesn't affect my eligibility for the program ahhhh!

    It also says one of my recommendations hasn't been submitted. I got my application fee waived but it still says on solar I haven't paid the fees. I called to speak to someone and they asked me to give it a couple more days for my info on solar to be updated. Dont fret! You will be fine

    The wait is killing me!!! I am so desperate that I keep going through the class of 2018's forum. It seems interviews started going out exactly 2 weeks after the deadline last year. That will be on January 19th or 20th for us.Lets hope to hear something by the end of this week.

    If you have any questions regarding your application, you should Email them at [email protected]. I've called them in the past and I've never received a return call. However, they responded to my Emails promptly, usually within 1-2 business days.
