Sure does seem like alot of nurses with stipulations working at alot of places in Texas. I don't think these employers are being very truthfull with who all is in all of them.

What's your point? There's a lot of people on monitoring in every state, and it's usually public record. Your employer shouldn't tell anyone if someone is on Probation or not.

In what states is it public?
My state (GA) has it on our license, and releases the info in BON meeting minutes.

Truthful to who? The pope? The local donut shop? The congress? The BON is the only organization an employer had to be in contact and truthful with. Some disciplinary acts by BONS are public (displayed on website) and some are not. That is specific to each case, not the State. The BON does not display where a nurse works. That's illegal.

It has on your license/on the BON website regarding the discipline action taken by the BON if your case was made public by the BON, BUT it's not on the BON website regarding where you are currently employed. Whenever someone gets in trouble, the BON decides if the case is made public. It's at the Bosrds discretion, but the BON can't disclose on their website where you currently work. That's illegal.

Yes, that's what I meant to say, but didn't make it clear. Thanks for the clarification 💓.

Employers can hire anyone as long as it is not against the law. How does hiring a nurse with stipulations equate to be not truthful?
