  1. Sure does seem like alot of nurses with stipulations working at alot of places in Texas. I don't think these employers are being very truthfull with who all is in all of them.

Hello I've been doing some thinking. I have medicade humana insurance and it is accepted at some of the Psychiatry offices in North Texas. I think if I find a psychiatry center that has lvns working in it and I can also be a patient there I may be able to get hired on. I don't know any shortcuts about using an insurance company but I wanted to ask if anyone else does? Does anyone think that could work? Surely being able to access the doctors and nurses.... what do I say about the probation? Being the patient I could ask what their advice would be. Was not sure about this. What about Telehealth? Do any lvns work in psychiatry besides the mental hospital?
  4. I have 1 year left of probation. How can I find employers willing to work with me? There is so many its hard to try to go through them. Also it seems everyone wants to say no but what about all the nurses with stipulations already? I worked 1 year in a plasma center in Dallas. Was that the only job in that whole state? Does anyone know any shortcuts or employers?

I am required to have a counselor for therapy reporting and indirect supervision. I am not required for any testing or meetings.

I still don't understand the concept. All or nothing. I have been passed over for all the other nurses in Texas and every month countless more are revoked. How can this system be like this? If none of them got in trouble with the board I could understand it. I was suprised. I am on probation and a local school system in another state outside of Texas hired me to substitute. So I wanted to say don't give up on things. However I am not sure if I could transfer to the Texas school system being out of state. However Texas does have LVNs in school. I see their indeed.com job postings.

Thanks Can anyone tell me why alot of the nurses are able to get released early? What are they doing? There is something they are doing compared to the others.

Do I have a better chance of doing a new Dr evaluation or hire the attorney. The attorney is so expensive compared to a psychological evaluation.

Hello I am trying to find information. I am 1/2 completed with probation. I asked my compliance supervisor if I could hire an attorney and she said yes. I am not sure why several of nurses can be released early and others cannot. I do not think it is fair. My friend said they probably had high powered attornies. Does anyone know if this will help with the situation? Also why will none of them work pro bono? I'm guessing the cost of one is extremely expensive. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks
