Still in shock...

I cannot believe it but I FINALLY got into nursing school!!! :D:yeah: I have been applying at different schools in the Sacramento area (SCC, Sutter Extended Campus, ARC, Sierra, Yuba, and SJ Delta) for just about 2 years and have gotten nothing but rejection letters...until this morning when I checked the mail! Honestly, I had put the idea of going to nursing school in the back of my head so that I wouldn't be so disappointed if I got rejected again. So imagine my surprise when I opened the letter from ARC this morning and saw that I had gotten in. I am so happy. I just want to say to everyone waiting for their letters: DON'T GIVE UP!!! If nursing is your soulmate (like it is mine) try to be patient and you will get in. It might not happen right when you want it to happen but it will happen. Good luck to everyone.
