Are you actually looking at working in CA?

Same thing that we have repeatedly told you:

CA is never recommended for initial licensure for a foreign grad, and especially one that does not have a SSN#.

If you are concerned about the three years, then apply for a license by examination to another state that issues a license before the three years are up and have CA submit the results to them, and presto; a license.

What state would you recommend for us that does not have a SSN# especially now with the retrogression still implemented? I'm really having hard time in deciding what state will be helpful.

Thanks in advance Suzzane4.

I guess it all depends. Have you decided on a state that you want to work? There are a few states which will give a hard license without a SSN the same as there are states which require SSN before they will issue. Most states will require a SSN to renew
