Spring 2018 MDC Nursing Program

did anyone receive a rejection letter? I've checked my email and I still haven't received anything.

How many people do they accept into the accelerated nursing program?

Yup! I'm currently taking micro lab and intro to sociology which I finish in mid December. I've tried calling Baptist but they always give me a vague answer as to whether or not they'll wait for you to complete those pre-reqs or not. The only thing that I've been able to get out of them is that they want a cohort for January, so hopefully they let those that are currently taking classes apply!

When I went she said 60-70. Wait till after the 8th. That's that last day we have to make the deposit. What's your gpa?

@futurebsn92 how do I calculate the gpa? I got all a's and b's. My hesi score is 80.

its only the sciences. Chemistry with lab, anatomy 1 & 2 with lab, and microbiology. did you speak to an adviser or just the person at the front desk? I feel like if they only accept 40 then it would have been full by now.

"b" in chemistry

"a" in Chem lab

"b" in anatomy 1

"B in anatomy 1 lab

"A" in anatomy 2

B in anatomy 2 lab

A in microbiology

A in microbiology lab

Your grades are excellent. I feel like you should have been selected by now. Is there a way you can check to see if you put the right email?

You can go to Miami Dade college website and search for the GPA calculator put in all your grades and how many points they are worth and it will calculate it for you but microbiology lab does not count
