Spring 2018 MDC Nursing Program

My journey started from cna, lpn now,I applied for spring 2018 nursing bridge program. I am looking forward to what it has to offer and the challenges ahead. Anything is possible if you work hard and be persistence in reaching every goal you set for yourself. Always keep a positive mind.

I just called and they said they're doing selections today and after that they should be mailed out. We should definitely be hearing from them this week. I assume no later than Thursday but fingers crossed we get some emails today!

Hopefully today since I have class out there today :)

If you can, you should stop by to see if you can get a specific date out of them! For the sake of our sanities :(

Omg finally! My heart is racing now.

Same here! The fact that we can get that email any moment now has me SO nervous

Lol ok I will, I have class at 5:40 so I'll ask then if it's not sent out before

Thank you!!

Has anyone went to the doctor yet? My primary doctor said that the tb test and titers will be covered with the insurance I have but he is booked solid for a month. When I called other doctors that take my insurance they aren't sure if the insurance will cover it. When I called the insurance they said since it for school and not medically necessary there will be a charge. Did your doctor charge you for all the test?

I spoke to my perks & benefits department and they said some tests wont be covered since they are for school- but they couldn't specify which would be covered until I have a script from the Dr.

I'll have to wait till I come back from my vacation to go to the doctors. I don't want to pay full price if insurance will cover some of the cost. I did my finger prints and I have the cpr card on Saturday.
