SPC Spring 2019

I've been active on a different thread for people who applied to St. Petersburg College's Nursing program starting in August 2018. I made it on the alternate list (still completing Microbiology-finals tomorrow!), but have decided, with the help of an HEC advisor, not to accept if I get offered a last minute seat based on the fact that my only options for clinicals will be whatever no one else wanted. She said I'll definitely be accepted for January and will have top choice of clinicals/instructors, so I'm happy waiting another four months to start. Who else is applying for the Spring 2019 program?

I couldn't see the full details of the clinical sites on mobile. Given that I want to do nights, I'm definitely not going with VA or St Anthony's, it seems. Anyway, item one down -- of many, but this is stress I'm pretty stoked to have.

Omg I got accepted. I cried for like 20 min. I didn't believe it was real. Lol

I'm in!! I got the email earlier but couldn't check in at work! So much to do before the Orientation...

I got mine at 2:06 and didn't really stop crying until after I left work at 2:30! Lol! Congrats! DYs or nights?

I'm pretty upset currently my GPA should have been 3.74 and they have me down for an alternate and I can't get a response from anyone this afternoon to answer why

What alternate number are you did they say?

It says they will pick our classes for us once we submit our NOI. Does anyone know when we will find out? On Orientation day? By email? By pigeon courier? Lol

You determine what if you want day or evening schedule by choosing the top clinical times you want right? Is there another way to let them know you want Day or Night classes?

According to the letter 11

Yes but ultimately they pick our schedule and where we are placed. I was wanting to know when we get our schedule.

You're so in! I got an alternate slot last semester and I was #51!

According to a similar thread I was following in July when I applied for August, some people had their schedule given to them within a week. I spoke with an advisor today-not Tammy unfortunately-and she said registration happens at orientation but we should know our schedules before that
