I have said this on other posts, but I am not having trouble finding a job with the company I work for (American Traveler). Last month I called them and said what area I wanted and was given a list of 20 positions and multiple different hospitals. Florida is looking for people to start around Jan 15th. You might want to give it a try if you haven't already applied with them.

3-4 weeks out is a good time frame. This gives you and the company time to get all required paper work completed. I have found several agencies that have jobs starting after Jan 1. You might want to look at different companies. I work with 3 companies, it gives me a better chance of finding a job and go where I want. Best of luck.:specs:

Generally 3-4 weeks before your set travel time is when assignments get posted at the companies that I've been working with. It's good to touch base, find a recruiter you mesh with, but don't expect to lock up a job until about 3 weeks before your travel date.
