what does your SO do?

If they travel with you what does your SO do while you are on assignment? Do they keep a job?

Well for me as the SO ...I play golf,drink beer , cook dinner care for the motorhome etc. YES in that order!! lol

SO = Significant Other?

I think hospitals are trying to get away from hospital abbreviations :)

We would like to start travel nursing with an RV in a few years. Dh does computer stuff, but it's a saturated market and would be difficult to do in 13 week increments. So I'd like to know what else everybody's SO's do.

my SO will prob be able to take a lesser position w/ his company and he can work anywhere there is an airport. he may go part time as he is going to finish his degree online.

My husband has always been the stay at home dad so when I stared traveling 2 1/2 yrs ago he has come with me. Our 2 older girls stayed at home and went to college and our youngest who skipped college for a yr to travel with us.

The three of us had taken up scuba diving as a new hobby and went to the Seattle area for almost a year so we could go scuba diving.

While I was at work my husband and daughter would go diving or to the library, shop etc.

On my current assignment it is just my husband and I and we go diving whenever we can.

While I am at work he has online computer things he does and he also does the laundry, dishes and the house cleaning!!!!

We are also enjoying getting to know each other again with no kids to care for, for the first time in 25 yrs!!!!

It's a great life for us!!!!:D
