I have applied to this program, however, I do not know much about it. I have spoken many times with the graduate advisor and she has been very helpful to me. I do know that they are sending out interview letters in Dec and plan on interviewing the first and second Sat. of Jan. Two days does not seem like it would provide much time for the interviews, I will have to wait and see if I get a letter.
I applied last year and recieved notice from them that I would have to repeat my chemistry courses to be considered as I had taken the bulk of them 8 years ago. I had just the semester prior taken organic for my own benefit but they didnt seem to care. I have heard that they where still trying to establish clinical sites as they lost their position at Barnes (i believe).
I was wondering if anyone else had applied to SIUE CRNA (Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville) program for the Spring 2011 term.
Has anyone received an interview letter? I know interviews will be held September 10, but wanted to see if anyone knew any more about the admission process, what to expect or anything about the program that might be helpdful.
Any advice from current students would help as well. Thanks!
Got a letter for an interview in the mail yesterday... wondering what the writing portion is going to be like, haven't had an interview yet that was structured this way (?) any previous student's advice would help.... It does sound like we will know a great deal about the program when it is all said and done, which is helpful when deciding on where to go if were chosen for the next term
