Siapan application problem. please help

Hi,

Im an applicant for the Northern Marianas (Saipan) Board of Nursing NCLEX-RN exam and I have been notified eligible and have already registered to pearson vue for my ATT. Recently received my ATT via email and I was able to schedule my exam. The problem is my friends have mentioned something about a finger print card as a requirement for their application for NCLEX-RN for California Board for Nursing. I personally processed my application for Saipan Board of Nursing and I never remembered myself sending them a copy of my finger prints. Please anyone can explain or tell me what is happening here? Does the Saipan Board of Nursing requires me to send a FINGER PRINT card? I have been searching the net about their application requirements and I just don't see one.

Thank you for your replies and God Bless.

If you have eligibility to sit NCLEX then you may not need fingerprints doing.

Moved to the International forum as per the red banner.

Would also suggest doing a search as we have several threads discussing Northern Marianas

saipan bon does not require foreign applicants finger print card, i myself duly licensed at saipan did not undergo such finger printing process . what matter is your eligible to sit for the exam and dont bother with your friends as they have separate bon to meet the requirements. good luck!

California requires all applicants for the NCLEX to submit fingerprints. Here in the US we don't use fingerprint cards anymore, it's all electronically done. It can be a pain in the butt sometimes because you might have just that one finger that doesn't want to scan. What is done in Saipan isn't what's necessairly done in California. Two totally different places and totally different requirements. Good Luck :-)
