May 8, 201016 yr Whatever you find comfortable. I've had my same new balance pair for 2 years, wear them to every clinical and work full time. I would get ones that are more leather than mesh/holes. I've seen some nasty stuff soak through the mesh of some classmates' shoes while my NB are nice and clean and my feet are protected. If you are a student make sure you check your dress code. Most want white.

Most want white.I agree with this completely. I have all white leather new balance shoes and they are perfect. I got them at DSW for a reasonable price. I know Macomb's dress code is all white but I see a lot of my classmates wear shoes with colors in them and no one ever says anything...
May 11, 201016 yr I also picked up a pair of New Balance 2 weeks ago. They are white with a light grey N on them. Hopefully, the grey will still be o.k. They seemed to be the most comfortable shoe that I had tried on that day.
