Sharp New Grad Program info

I have heard back. I had an interview this last Thursday morning. However, in one of the departments I applied in, there are 288 applicants for 4 positions. It is very competetive and although I am a current Sharp Employee, there is still not a guarantee that I will be hired as an RN in the current new grad program.

Thanks for the info TankerBug. It IS very competitive. I wonder if they will only hire internal applicants this time around. Have you applied to this program before? I wonder if they do courtesy rejection letters or e-mails. At least that way I wouldn't be waiting to hear back from them if they have already decided not to accept me.

I applied to the New Grad program and was contacted by Sharp via email. Said they would schedule to interview me in December. :) Those not contacted by Nov 22nd do not go further in the hiring process.
