shadowing after interview

Hi,

I had an interview with a great hospital in Boston and it went really well! they called me 2 days later to come in this friday to shadow a nurse on the floor x 4 hours and meet staff.

does this sound like they would be making an offer?

has anyone ever shadowed before? what should i expect? what do they expect from me? thanks:heartbeat
