Scrub Caps/bonnets

I need some new hats. Can anyone direct me to where I can find a pattern to try? It's got to be SO (sew) easy. I do well just to sew on a missing button. Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

Do they have to be ones you make yourself? I buy from this site called Sparkling Earth- I like them because they have an elastic but they also have a tie in the back so once the elastic starts to go, you can still wear the cap.

I also like the fact that they're made in the USA. Most of the hats are 10.99 but they always have some on sale...

The girls in my OR who sew hats have taken apart ones they liked and copied the pattern from that. Greenscrubs.com also has great hats in different styles if you decide to be lazy and buy them pre-made:up:

If you do a search on ebay for a scrub hat pattern, I'm sure you'll find something. I bought a pattern from a lady on ebay and I paid $4 for it. I can't comment on the ease of making the hat though because I haven't gotten around to it yet.
