Nursing students, what are your expenses for lifestyle and education while in school? How do you cover the costs?

This isn't a big expense, but one thing I see nursing students not include in expenses are parking fees -- both for school and for Clinicals. Those can add up in the long-run if you have to pay for either of those two.
For example, I live in a big metropolitan area where the cost of living is high. Parking at one major school (they share/rent spaces with a hospital) are over $100 a semester. Then it's quite possible your Clinical location may also charge for parking; this is probably likely if it's at a hospital. In my area, it can easily be $8/hr to a maximum of $40 if you park over 5 hours in a hospital lot.
Just wanted to point that out because it catches people off-guard when they realize they have to pay. LOL Also, factor in gas for your car to get to school and Clinicals!
How to pay it? Up to you.

Gym or workout app ($20 a month), unless your apartment has a gym.
Food, and if your school has a coffee shop on or near campus. Starbucks is on the lobby level of my building. Some would debate if coffee is a necessity, only so much coffee at home you can do.
If you need a new laptop, do it before semestee starts. You can generally write it off on taxes as work or school related.
Cost of paper, notebook paper, and ink!
