My work day was pretty good.  Was a quiet day, had plenty of time, and found out I won't have to get any more cases from that unpleasant adjuster, which was nice to hear.  Once I get my manic patient transferred to the field case manager things will be really good

Spend the rest of the evening doing errands and shopping, instead of saving them for the weekend, which should give me more time

Have talked with the counselor about J, will gradually extend the time between attempts to get together.  Will eventually stay in touch but  leave the ball in his court with regards to getting together, rather than keep trying

I don't quite want to give up entirely.  My longtime friend, now in Virginia, was like this throughout all of 2019 when he was having a lot of job stress, only willing to get together once that year and very slow to respond to my emails.  But when the job stress was over that changed.  So there may be hope  for J

Today I will be heading into the city, my friend Denise from church is be accepted into the Episcopal church today in a ceremony at the cathedral, so I'll drive in for that.  Will also meet dad for lunch as usual

Svengoolie  has The Thing With 2 Heads, which looks kind of dumb but might be entertaining

Good morning.  Heading to North Carolina to see my parents.  So far so good and on the plane now.   Dogs are with my brother in law.   His girlfriend moved in and she has a cat.  Hopefully the cat will ignore them.

Tweety, I went out in the back yard and waved at the sky, but it is quite overcast, so you couldn't have seen me. ? I hope your folks are doing well. Hope your dogs don't care at all about the cat...and the cat doesn't care about the dog. When my bro brought his large, black German Shepherd to our wedding, my cat Fletcher chose to sit atop the fridge and make disgusted and offended faces at the dog.

I called the pharmacy to get my Robaxin refilled. I woke up this morning with gypsies in my left knee, left hip and shoulder bursae, right elbow, and lower back, base of right thumb and tendons in the back of that hand. My left knee felt twisted somehow and it YELPED at me when I put weight on that leg. Put a large Lidocaine patch around to cover the knee cap and around to the tendon on the lateral side of the knee. I don't know if it is because I've had no Robaxin for 4 days, or if it is the barometric pressure that has brought this on. If it's not caused by the weather, then it tells me the Robaxin, which I usually take at night, is actually a useful med, and I shouldn't run out of it again! But honestly, I don't know what I'd do if I hadn't discovered lidocaine or capsaicin patches; they do help quiet the pains. Wonder if I put enough Lidocaine patches all over hubby's belly and maybe almost everywhere else.... would he become NUMB ? Just a thought. ?

Today? No household chores because of the widespread gypsy complaints! YAY! So maybe they (gypsies) are doing me a favor by calling for me to rest?!

Hubby ate a p'butter and banana sandwich this morning and now he is bloated with gas. He took gas-x and now is outside to see if he can get the gas moving by walking around. He doesn't want to try a hot water bottle to see if that would ease things a bit, because he thinks it won't work. Good Grief!  Why not try it and see? (? + ?= no H20 drinking.)

Guess I'd better check on the time the baseball game starts. There was a game on Disney+, but we don't want to pay for it:  "Starting at only  $9.99". Ppfftt!

I'm hungry. Wonder what supper will be?
