No idea. It could be anything. You would have to ask the employer.
What are eow nights?
Wrote it incorrect. 2 days a wk -12 hr shift nights with every other weekend. On orientation now, days. But was just wondering how would a schedule look. Guess I will just have to wait. Just alittle eager and anxious.
Did they not tell you which days you would be working?
So based on what you have said you will be working 2 12s during the week and every other weekend.
Yes that's correct. And no, they did not tell me the days.

One of your shifts will always be a weekend if you're only working 2 days. Either Saturday or Sunday. Each employer is different - some allow you to self-schedule, some will assign you randomly and you may get the same two days each week. If you're already on orientation, ask some of the other nurses how the schedule is done or sit down with your manager and ask :)
Thanks. Helpful information. And that's what I'll do. We have a scheduler and I'm told they're flexible. I will ask. Thanks again.

It's unlikely you'd get this as a new grad, but I'd try to work Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon around my every other weekend so I'd have 4 days on, 10 days off. I worked with a charge nurse who did this but she had a LOT of seniority.
More likely you'll work one day during the week, work your weekend, work one day during the week, repeat.

Nice! But yeah, I wouldn't qualify.
