RSV, who's got it?

So we have our first suspected RSV kids on the unit. We've got the positives on the ELISA and just waiting on the cultures. We got through last season with no cases, but I guess this year we won't. This is when I question our very, very liberal visiting policies. Anyone else have any RSV yet?

Not yet, but since we have NO restrictions on number/ages of visitors (well, it's only supposed to be parents + 2 at the bedside, children should be siblings only and have an adult solely responsible for them, not the adult visiting the patient, but I have NEVER seen this enforced) I'm sure it's only a matter of time. One of our graduates is in the PICU with it, or was last week.
