I'm not sure where to put this, so I'm putting it here.

I am having a difficult time understanding what is required for RNFA. What level of education, and what is the First Assistant requirement. It looks to me like it's a certificate, but I can't tell if it's Post Masters or post RN (???).

If anyone has a good link to RNFA site, let me know. Thanks.
