Rnbridgeprogram.com

Hi everyone! Does anyone have info or experience about the rnbridgeprogram.com?I'm just wondering cause I'm studying transition right now & I'm so bored!! Thanx for your input;)

I used SG101 for transition and got an A - only SG101, no other books! I didn't find any inconsistencies as you mention, I thought it was spot on.

Be careful with SG101 too, some inconsistencies on those also. My best advice is get a Saunders if you don't already have one. Best review tool ever!!!

Yeah it was spot on with Transitions.... However for other exams, especially Life Span 1 and Chronicity, it's not. It was just a friendly warning to double check things, wasn't bashing them at all.

I've noticed a few inconsistencies with Saunders too compared to the EC exams, but if you're unsure, just look up the item or google!!

Yes the costs are in addition to the fees, tuition and exam costs from Excelsior. This is NOT a school but a publishing company/test preparation guide service that is supposed to prepare you for the Excelsior College Exams. They do not grant a degree. They cannot facilitate your enrollment in Excelsior. They cannot offer federal financial aid as they are not an educational institution. They can offer high interest private loans that are not subject to the protections offered by federal student loans. They cannot offer federal pell grants. You should read up about test preparation services on the Excelsior website.

http://www.excelsior.edu/about-test-preparation-services

A good portion of their website is a cut and paste from Excelsior College. They are neither endorsed by nor affiliated with Excelsior College

From the company FAQ are you a school?

.No. RNBP is an educational support system that provides accelerated study assistance to prepare you to pass your exams for credit. This program is based on credit by examination, meaning you take one exam per course and when you pass you will earn the same credits for that class had you sat through an entire semester, full time at a traditional program. It is our role to give you all the knowledge you need to pass your exams through video and live lectures. You can then transfer those credits into your degree granting institution. Currently over 3800 schools accept credits earned by examination and that number is consistently growing.

And

. Are you affiliated with any degree granting institution?

No, we are not affiliated or endorsed by any degree granting institution. We are an independent tutoring company that provides nontraditional nursing students the extra structure and support lacking in typical distance learning programs. Your ASN-RN degree will come from Excelsior College, a nursing school based entirely on credit by examination, but we are independent of them.

I know nothing about it, but I would be very leery of it. The names of colleges are usually also the web address, but this isn't leading me to think it isn't a real school.

Scam, they will send you an email stating they will activate you and no activate email ever comes. No ome participates in the site and hasnt in several years. There are no live teachers.
