:nuke:Can anyone tell me how long does it take to become a RN. and is it true that some hospitals will pay for your schooling if u sign a contract with them. If so do the hospital pay the full amount or just half. Im really considering going into the nursing program...

Some nursing students with previous degrees can do it in accelerated programs (12-18 months) and some nursing students have been in school longer than most doctors. :) It varies from program to program and individual to individual.
One of the confusing parts of RN education is that there are so many paths to entering the profession (diploma, associate degree, BS degree, graduate program). Your best bet is to visit with colleges and universities near you and find out what the options are in your area.

What do you mean "some RN course"? Most surgical tech programs don't transfer any credits into an RN program, unless you've taken separate accredited courses like Microbiology and Anatomay and Physiology for college credit.
Yes that's what I mean I've took microbiology, anatomy1, anatomy2 and physiology already. My last month is in august and then I start my intern hours. Do you have any advice as to what I can do as far as entering the nursing program

you need to make sure first that the courses you took are actually college-level credit courses, and that they are transferable to other colleges. i went to a state vocational college before they established the transferability of their credits to local universities, so if i were to want to go into such a program, i would have to take the courses again at the college of my choice. because they are called the same, doesn't necessarily make them the same credit-wise, or the same in content or scope. what kind of school are you going to now?
The school that I'am at is called Everest Institute...
