RN or practitioner

Is it better to stay an RN or convert to practitioner? I study a lot, but with the grades i'm pulling in right now grad school will be like a year after my bachelors because of grade bumping. i mean once anatomy is gone I should be fine. I put like 20+ hours a week into that class. if that was any other class it is an A.

What do you want to do with your career? I have zero interest in becoming a practitioner, so I won't take that path. It doesn't matter what other people think; what matters is where your interests lie.

I personally see myself as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, but also maybe as a family np.
