RN to BSN

Published

Hi, I'm currently a biology student in a community college taking pre requisites to tranfer to a 2yr nursing program at any 4yr college. Currently it's my 2nd semester in college and i've taken Anatomy 1 and writing 1 and by the end of this sem i'll have chem 1, anatomy 2, stat and writing 2. My question is, am i eligible to take the RN test during summer?

If, by "RN test" you mean the licensing exam (NCLEX), then no. You must finish your nursing program to be eligible to take the licensing exam.

If you're referring to an exam (e.g., HESI, TEAS, etc) required for the program, you need to check with them since there is no standardization among programs.

Good luck!
