RN to BSN Program in Ohio

Hey everyone, so I am finishing up my last semester for my ADN and I actually got an interview at OSU Hospital! I think the manager really liked me and everything went very well. My only issue is that they want you to have/be enrolled in a BSN program in order to be hired. When I looked up OSU's RN to BSN program, I really loved it, and I've always wanted to go to OSU. The problem is that you need 9 pre reqs before you can be admitted into the program and I have all but two, nutrition and sociology. I'm sure these classes ca be taken online, but I'm kinda running into a deadline since the application needs to be done by April 1st. Does anyone know if they would accept me pending these two classes? If not, I would have to wait for the Spring semester and possibly miss out on this wonderful job experience at OSU. Or does anyone know of a better RN to BSN program that might be quicker to get into?

Thanks in advance for all the advice!

Sociology is a pre-req in most BSN programs. I'd do some research and see what works for you. Wright State and U of Cincinnati both do online programs.

This board is for the program at Ohio University, in Athens Ohio, not the program at Ohio State University in Columbus. Actually, the program at Ohio University is fairly easy to get in to, and they would accept you even if you have not taken sociology and nutrition yet. You could also look at Western Governors University.

You don't need those 2 classes to apply, but will need to take them in order to graduate! They are offered online at OH. You should join the Facebook page. There is more activity over there.
