RN-BSN Online Programs

Hi Everyone!!

I just made an account so I am new to this but I have a big questions for everyone! I am looking into doing a RN to BSN online program and I am stuck between 3 different programs and I do not know which one is the best or which one I should pick. I need a program that is cheap, no true clinicals (I work FT so a school that takes your job hours as clinical hours), and it must be ALL ONLINE! I've been looking into Ohio University, Wilmington University, and Western Governors University Has any of you looked into these schools and can help me with this process?

Thanks!!!

If you know of any other schools that fit my needs let me know! :)

I went to UT Arlington and had a pleasant experience. It was quick, affordable, and I was able to work FT which was useful because it was my first year as a new grad and needed to be flexible with scheduling.

I am just finishing up at Ohio University and will finish my BSN in 14 months. $243/credit for out of state and 5 week classes

I am leaning more towards Ohio U in my selection because it seems to be the cheapest! Two questions for you, how were the "clinicals" and were you able to work while doing the BSN program? I work full time overnights so my schedule is very very busy and I need something that will fit into my crazy life :)

Thanks, I will look into it! :)

Jennifer there are no "clinicals" in the OU program, and "yes" I work and have not had any problem. They are the one program that accepted all my credits from my ADN program, some were over 30 years old.

Thank you so much!! This is very helpful! :)

I'm in my second term at university of Louisiana, and I love it so far! 7 week classes, cheap, instructors are great. Content is easy. I work full time, and usually work overtime and I've had no problems completing my classes so far.

Just another school to look at :)
