Returning to work

Hi guys I'm postop day seven from an Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion 3 level

I'd like to get your opinion on when it's safe to return to work. Of course I will go by doctors orders but I am just curious to know what you all think and what your experience was.

I am a nurse , I work two jobs one job is full-time with three 12 hr shifts and the other job is about an eight hour shift home health. However the home health job I have to lift 115 pound girl with that being said how many weeks do I need to heal? I realize everybody's case is different but if I can get an idea of what the approximate time may be. Thanks and advance

I think you should have gone straight from the OR to work ...and I'm some weirdo on the internet, so I must know what I'm talking about. :p If you ever need surgery again, hit me up!
