I am a Director of Nursing at a Long Term Care facility. Our week runs from Thursday to Wednesday instead of Sun to Sat. I need to come up with a schedule for CNA's that will allow them to work every other weekend, without getting overtime, but still allow them to get their (3) 12 hour shifts each week. If anyone has had any experience with this or has suggestions, your input would be appreciated!
Thank you!

Interesting work week. I don't see the problem, though. Plug them into every other Saturday and Sunday, then fill out the workweek around that. Sunday to Saturday is more difficult -- their weekend is split over two different weeks.
