I currently an RN in LTC . I have been an RN for 4 years with a total of 15 years experience in LTC. I live in MN, but I am going through a divorce and want to relocate. I'm looking at AZ ( first choice), then it's a toss up between CA and Nevada. I am wondering if there is anyone out there who can tell me what the job market is like in these areas. Also wondering how hard is it to switch from LTC to a hospital setting off some sort? Are there any good recommendations or job leads?

So sorry you're having to deal with this - but hopefully, things will work out beautifully for you in the long run.
Here's an out of the box suggestion. If you have a BSN, have you considered taking advantage of your current expertise and 'steering into the curve' by getting licensed as a NH administrator? There is a high demand for qualified folks in states that are attractive to retirees... like the ones you mentioned. Licensure/certification requirements vary by state, but may only require a couple of courses - that you could complete online.
