Has anyone ever regreted their decisions regrading their chosen career of nursing? Even though You love it? This may sound like an oxymoron but lately I have been wondering if I chose the wrong career for my skills/desires. I love helping people and I love what nursing does and stands for. But lately I have been wondering that even though my skills in nursing are put to use and I am good at them, if I could do something else to use them better do something more exciting and make me happier! I feel unfullfilled by traditional nurse jobs and wonder what else is out there. floor nursing, hospice, home health...all of these are wonderful jobs but just not for me!
Has anyone else ever felt this way and been able to find a good solution? been able to find a job that really excites them to go to work everyday because it was different, useful and fun?! thanks for any input!
