I am sorry that did not explain this well. We have a very large physician office. The administration set up a policy for emergency that happen in the lobby, halls and parking lot. Well the suites take turn in the building and have to attend every emergency in that occurs. The employees in the front will take the patient and move them if they have a head injury or broken bones etc. The policy only states that a person must respond from the suites and assess the patient. We have no guidelines to cover us or anyone else. This can be a MA RN Secretary . I need some help to protect us as nurses. I have the standards of care from the board of nursing but I need more assistance. :balloons: I anyone could assist me I do appreciate.

Also I can not find the association of office nurses.
