hi everyone!I wanted to know how do i get to do this KSF?I am going to have my appraisal soon and I not even started my KSF.

I would like to let you know that Im a foreign nurse working currently here in UK and finding this thing dificult to start with.How do i get started?

You need to talk to your line manager. They should explain it to you. I assume you work in the NHS?

You should have been given a KSF profile that has been drawn up against your job description. This will inform you about the level you are expected to demonstrate competence to.
