Re applying for illinois

im from the philippine. failed my nclex the first time around for illinois... i tried to re apply online and after sending my credit card details they want me to print and send the 4 page application form once again thru snail mail. Which i already did the 1st time i took it. is the online registration not enough and i have to send everything once again? thank you very much

When one does not pass the exam, they have to re-apply for the license from the beginning.

You have to send everything again if that is what they are asking for.

Is TOEFL waived by BON IL for philippine nurses?

Some will waiver the English exam if your training was done completely in English. You really need to complete the evaluation and let the BON make their own decision. Alternatively you can contact the BON and ask them

thank you for the quick response. the CES may take months, so ill just try to contact IL BON(they may not be as quick in responding as the nurses here).

but if someone out there can confirm that IL BON will waived TOEFL for philippine nurses whose CES report will indicate language, textbooks, trainings, conducted in english, I will be grateful .
