    thank you for the quick response. the CES may take months, so ill just try to contact IL BON(they may not be as quick in responding as the nurses here). but if someone out there can confirm that IL BON will waived TOEFL for philippine nurses whose CES report will indicate language,textbooks, trainings, conducted in english, I will be grateful .
