Quick survey for group project

This is a quick survey on Lateral Violence in Nursing for a group project.

Just checking but you used the 2nd link I posted right? The test one(1st one) doesn't record and I can't edit my original post to fix it so people don't go there.

Ask an admin to edit your first post for you. Go to the admin help desk from the site map link. Or you can edit your original post by deleting the part that needs deleting.
