Quick survey for group project

This is a quick survey on Lateral Violence in Nursing for a group project.

While not an official research study (ie I can't publish outside of class). My professor said this was an important first step and that the answers I get would help me refine the questions I ask.

    Just checking but you used the 2nd link I posted right? The test one(1st one) doesn't record and I can't edit my original post to fix it so people don't go there.
