I'm working on a project and would really appreciate your answers to the following questions:
1. What is your role in nursing research?
2. Do you subscribe to or read any nursing research journals on a consistent basis?
a. If you don't, why not?
b. What might it take to get you to read and use research?
3. If you do subscribe to a nursing journal, what do you do with the information you read?
4. How do you solve problems or questions in the clinical setting?
5. What is your level of nursing education?
Thanks so much for helping me out!

Welcome to AN! We get these requests often, and I think there are some things you should realize about asking these questions here. You cannot be sure that anyone who responds is truly a nurse. Proof of licensure isn't required to become a member, so there certainly could be people who only pose as nurses who would try to answer. Secondly, this is a very rigid format that doesn't offer a lot of flexibility. I had to interview a nurse for an assignment. Because we sat down over lunch, I learned a lot more by going off on tangents than I would have using a format such as this. Thirdly, typing out a response is going to take up a lot more of someone's time than sitting and talking.
So, where can you go for answers? You could try the local school nurse, a public health office, a nursing home, the local hospital, ambulatory care offices, etc. There's a wealth of possibilities, and this is an opportunity where you can make connections in the nursing world that just might help when it comes to trying to find a job.

You really should actively search for nurses in your area. But I filled this out for my own amusement. Feel free to use it at your own discretion.
1. I read about it occasionally. I've heard of EBP along the way.
2. Nope. I'm in nursing school. Ain't got time for that.
a. See item 2.
b. Time. Money is a good motivator, too.
3. I just said that I don't have a subscription. Maybe you should put this as item c instead of 3.
4. Google.
