265 Questions

Yesterday I took my RN Boards and had to answer all 265 questions. I walked out of there crying my eyes out thinking for sure that I failed. The math I hardly knew and all the pharm was ridiculous. Well I talk to some peers and they say that there were 5 out of our class that had 265 questions, and they passed. So that helps a little. then I come home and try the Pearson Vue trick last night and today and it still won't let me pay. Let's pray to god that this really works and I did pass. Anyone else out there that took 265 questions and passed I would like to hear from you. Thank you.:crying2:

There are many members that have passed with 265, I am one but can not totally remember the number but if it wasn't 265 I wasn't far from it

Hey! Just stay confident and relax i know its hard but its possible to pass with 265. My godsister took it two weeks ago and had all 265. She left the testing center crying and called me up to tell me. I consoled her and told her to just relax and in two days she called me to tell me she had "passed", so it is possible. Stay positive!:wink2:

I also had 265 question!! I thought I failed as well but I did the pearson vue trick and it works. Try to relax even though I know its impossible. But go out have fun and try not to think about. I passed my boards and I'm sure you did too. Good Luck:wink2:

The way the NCLEX works, 265 questions is no more likely to pass or fail than any other number of questions. If the test stops after 85 questions, it means that the test only needed that many questions to determine if you passed or failed. Basically, you either did really really well or really really badly. If it asked you 265 questions, it means that it had to ask all of its questions, because you were right on the borderline. You might have just barely passed, or you might have just barely failed. But still, even if you failed, it's a whole lot better to fail at 265 than to fail at 100. If you get to 265 questions, it means that (at worst) you were very very close to passing. And hey - you have just as much chance that you passed. If you REALLY screwed up, the test would have shut down a lot sooner.

I agree with fin! Hurst was saying the same thing. Just stay calm and positive!:wink2:
