75 questions...

Published

i need you guys' support..i failed with 75 questions! never thought i would fail...was pretty confident...guess i was wrong....:(

Man you are scaring me because I just took my test 2 days ago and it stopped at 75. Unlike you, I am pretty positive that I didn't do well and that I failed.

What were the questions on your nclex like?...I am not asking what the questions were but were the questions hard or easy, more priority or delegation, any med calulations?

I ask this because my test consisted of hard questions and about 2-4 easy questions, so I am thinking I was answering the questions incorrectly.

Anyhow, this is my strategy. I would take the nclex and jsut do the best that I can. I walked out thinking that I failed so at least if I failed I wouldn't feel as bad. If I failed I plan to shout and scream and curse the nclex, then I will pick myself up maintain conposure and study what I need to to pass the next time I take the nclex.

No need to cry and become depressed over what is done. Just be stronger and continue on. It is not the end of the world. You have many opportunities to take the test and pass. I think the biggest thing about people getting depressed and crying is that fact that they have to tell people that they didn't pass, it is all about what others think about you especially your colleagues and your family.

I could careless about what my collegues or family thinks about what my results are. Its my life and I am bettering myself to make it better.

Also, don't think your any less intelligent then your colleagues just because they passed the test and you didn't. You got accepted to nursing school and graduated and that is a big accomplishment in itself.

keep your head high and walk with a twang, with your hips swaying side to side. Don't fret and keep smiling.

I took my NCLEX today and it also shut off at 75. I'm terrified. I have a job at a well-known hospital in a Versant program that is VERY selective, and I don't want to risk my future in the program.

My stomach is in knots right now.

I had 2 calculations, several "SATA", and lots of medication questions.

:zzzzz

so apex, did u end up passing or failing? yea, the worst thing to do is to face the failure upon all the other employees at work....i have started revising now....will do my best again, boy, not that i didnt study the last test..i did for about 8 days and 5-8 hours a day! guess that was not enough...gotto try harder this time.

i didnt have any calculations questions but lots of meds with teachings and adverse reactions, priority questions, and delegation..and some eay questions too....i dont know...

you sound like u had more difficult questions that i did...i think u had better chance to pass than i did...so, dont worry as much!:)
