You may have a better chance at getting your question answered if you posted it in your own post. Not trying to be rude just trying to get you the help you need. BTW I have never heard of a dental nurse, but I'm sure someone on here can help. Welcome to Allnurses!!!!!!

I'm not sure what a dental nurse is, but if you are interested in becoming a Registered Nurse it requires going to school either in a two year program at a community/technical college or a 4 year college/university.

Most nursing programs have quite a few science classes that need to be taken before applying to the nursing program. It is often impossible for a person to actually compete a 2 year nursing degree in only two years.

Many nursing schools also require a person to take a certified nursing assistant class before applying for the nursing program also.

What state do you live in? Do you know of any college near by that offer degrees in nursing?

I'm not sure if this is the information you are looking for about becoming a nurse, but feel free to ask any other questions you have and I'm sure there will be many people here to answer your questions.
