Questions about CEU's

I've been looking for CEU's on-line. I found on site that gave 3 contact hours but only 0.3 CEU's. What is the difference between contact hours & CEU's?? And where can i find CEU's at a reasonable price?

10 contact hours is equal to 1.0 CEU. there are lots of places for free CEU: myfreeCE.com (anual fee may apply), CDC website has lots with absolutly no fees. I asked this on the Iowa forum and got several good answers...I urge you to take a look. [region-USA-Iowa]
