What should my nursing dx be for my patient whose platelet count is 63 (related to bleeding risk)?!?? Any suggestions?!

Look up bleeding tendancy in your nursing dx book. it's all in there....

How about, increased risk of red stuff coming out of all holes do to megakaryocytes' knowledge deficit concerning how to make more platelets.
