please ,i need your help.

for those that have already taken the pre entrance exam for lpn program.

what is the exam about? what shall i be studying now to boost my success?

i am working now as a pharmacy technician but want to take the lpn program meanwhile i want your guidance about what i can be studying on my own to help me get into it and score well for that pre entrance exam,any name of any book or any other source will be great.

my question may seem silly to some but i am an immigrant and have no clue how things out there may be

I had to take and pass the PSB exam to get into LPN school, the exam itself really had nothing to do with nursing, there were some math questions, from very basic to algebra, some basic science questions such as basic chemistry, and spelling, and questions that were supposed to assess my personality? The main thing to remember if you are taking the PSB, there are more questions than there is time to answer them all in, and it is a timed exam, so when you get in there, do NOT stress about needing to answer all the questions in time, just answer as many as you can correctly and don't worry if you end up leaving some blank. I was frustrated about that, but ended up passing. As far as studying goes, I don't really see how you could study for this test, it is a very basic exam, but one of the girls I went to school with did say there is a book you can buy to help prepare you for the PSB. Just relax, try to get as many as you can correct, and you'll do fine!
