Question regarding visa

hi. I Have been interviewed by an agency here in the Philippines, offering a working visa for nurses. I thought only immigrant visas are to be issued to RNs? Is this not good? Just wondering:mad:

What visa was you offered, H1b, H1c?

And we see agencies there offer illegal visas all of the time and they are not the ones that issue them. They can also offer whatever they want, it does not mean that the government here is going to issue them.

And you are correct, a little red flag should go up when they get offered to you.
