Published

Hi

I am a LPN student from Nebraska, as I am moving to Dallas, I need information about Dallas area LPN to RN program.

My questions are.....

1.How tough it is to get in to the LPN to RN program, do they go by any waiting list, or they have other criteria?

2.How long it take to complete the RN in this kind of program?

Please help me to get the information. Thanks in advance!

Hi sweetlady 10-There are several programs in the Dallas area. I just attended a session at Dallas Nursing Institute last night-and I am seriously considering this one.

Not tough to get in-the first ADN-RN class starts in Jan 2010.

No waiting list. Great thing, there's no time limit on prereq's except pathophysiology must be within the last 5 years. It's only day classes at this time, and VVVEEERRRYYY expensive but I'm determined to do it!!! Check out their website!! HTH :D

So did you decide on Dallas Nursing Institute? I was thinking of doing their new ADN program, and have emailed about receiving information, but haven't heard anything yet. Any thoughts?

Yes, I have decided to go to DNI- I passed my HESI2 with an 85, so that's behind me.!!:yeah:Now waiting to get my physical and turn in the registration form!! They've already received my transcripts!!

I recommend you go to their website or call and get the dates of their orientation and go to it. I find them to be very informative and you will get brochures, get questions answered, etc. Go for it!!:D
