I graduated and got RN license in 2011, but because of some visa rules I was not able to work. Now that I am eligible to work I am clue less about where to start, as every where they ask for experience. so 2 questions: 1. same thing with me.. dont know what joke is this.. they advertise and trick people into the profession saying nursing is in high demand and what not, and when u graduate u realize that u r of no use.. there is an urgent need for some new regulations in this regard, so that they cannt play with the career and emotions of the new graduates.. this is too much, really !

First of all Best of Luck to you! I am also going to take NCLEX-RN board within 2 months, and I am using Saunders review book. I think thats really a helpful book. Lots of other people also have said they liked it. And you are right, lots of book before the board does not help much, only distraction.

I agree that now we should do more questions and read the rationals rather then keep reading the chapters. This way we will know the weak areas well. But we should always go back to chapters for our weak areas. Best of Luck!

My questions are..... 1.How tough it is to get in to the LPN to RN program, do they go by any waiting list, or they have other criteria? 2.How long it take to complete the RN in this kind of program?
