Hello :)
I am planning to migrate in Canada through QSP. I have all the autheticated documents and forms needed. I will directly apply to the government of Quebec (meaning no immigration agencies or whatsoever) to lessen the cost. Is there anyone here who also applied for this program? And anyone who successfully migrated through this program? Please share your experience.
And I have a trivial question. Where do you put your documents and the paymnet when you send it to the government of Quebec? Just a brown sealed envelop will do? I'm kinda confuse how to send it out. I want to send my documents by July. I'll keep this thread posted on the outcome.
Hope someone can help me. Thanks!

Are you fluent in French?
No. But I'm planning to study French while waiting for their reply. And according to Quebec's eligibility tool (found in government of Quebec's website), I'm qualified, and I also had my documents evaluated by an immigration agency, though I didn't pursue applying there.
You're from Canada? Can you please give me some insights.. please? please? ^_^
There are plenty of threads regarding immigrating to Quebec. I suggest you read them
I did. I have some idea what to expect, but I just want to know what are your thoughts. ^_^ And my question is how to send the documents and the payment to Quebec, if a sealed envelop is enough. Unfortunately, I haven't found the answer to this question.
Thanks for replying btw, :)
My thoughts are that I wouldn't move to Quebec unless I was already completely fluent in French.

When sending documents you have to send them to the address listed not somewhere else to save money. It will result in missing or lost application
Ahm, my question was not where to send the document. It was actually where to put the documents. If a sealed brown envelop will suffice. Very trivial, I know, but someone can never be too careful. And I have it answered already.

Well, what exactly is your question?
Are you asking if you should send it registered mail? Courier it?
Personally I'd go registered.
